Activate turn by turn audio alert.

Hello,

How to activate turn by turn audio alert on Fenix 8. I can't find where is this feature on Fenix 8. I have my headphones connected to the watch but absolutely no alert on same course as Fenix 7 (I have alert with it). Sorry for my poor English.

    Same issue here! Thought I was going crazy because this used to work flawlessly on my 7Pro. Really need this to be fixed - I had to keep manually switching to the map and looking constantly for turns. Not very practical for biking.

    It's one of the features I don't use often but when I need it to work I want it to work. I was away from home over the weekend and created a course in GCM to follow with turn notifications selected. Sent it to the watch but no turn notifications. Worse still there was a left turning indicated on the watch when the next turn was quite obviously to the right. Hopefully, Garmin will respond and fix this when the first update comes out. Naturally, anyone experiencing this must contact Garmin Support.

    Just contacted support and added another voice to the issue. They are requesting a video of the issue. I also encourage anyone experiencing this to contact support so we can hopefully get this resolved soon.

    Yep, same problem and so annoying switching back to the map every time...!

    Hey all,

    Anyone know if this has been sorted yet? 

    I got the watch to plot me a circular route from home today - no audio alerts and not even any on screen directions just a distance to end figure so had to keep looking at my watch the whole time.

    My Fenix 7 Pro had that functionality so it’s mind boggling that they can’t get it right on the 8 for launch

    select activity. Bike/run

    select navigation

    select course created

    select more

    select route settings

    turn guidance alert on 

    voice alert to connected devices for headphones BT

    For me it automatically switched on all my courses on activity. (Run)

    repeat process for other activities with navigation
