It looks like GPS is active during pool swimming on F7 standard running 26.09:

Thanks for the report, CMA-CPH . I'm having this looked into and may reach out if we need additional info.

In the meantime, GPS can be disabled for the pool swim activity settings under Satellites> Off.

CMA-CPH - Can you confirm what the power mode is set to for pool swim? If it is on extended, please try setting it to normal and let us know if it still triggers GPS to be enabled.

Power mode was set to extended. Setting it to normal disable the GPS.

Could there be a default setting that has changed with a firmware update at some point? I could be wrong, but I can’t remember ever changing power mode.
