Try this, without restoring backup

To master reset:

1. Hold down the Light button until it turns off

2. Turn on the device by holding the light button (let go as soon as it boots up)

3. Immediately hold Start & Lap

4. Once you hear the first beep, let go of start (hold down lap still)

5. When you hear second beep, let go of

6. Remove Bluetooth connection from your phone

7. Remove the device from Garmin connect

8. Follow onscreen instructions on device
