Hi,
since i have done some swim activities my Fenix 7 Standard isn't working correctly.
1.) The BACK/LAP button is working only some times.
2.) The back light is starting on wathever reason, that leads to a bad batterie life of about 1 week even without any activities
3.) A long button click to UP-MENU doesn't shows the underlying menu (Watch,...)
4.) If I try to restart the watch, because of a freezed display, it restarts with a restart loop and then i have to reset to default and restart several times until it suddenly works and then i have to recover a backup.
I try to contact the support via chat, but still waiting for feedback since several hours.
Is anyone faceing the same issues or can anyone help me?
