Snowboard Auto Run Completely Broken

I am running on the latest software and the snowboard auto run feature is completely broken. Last season it worked flawlessly, knowing exactly when I started each run. Now, it's calculated multiple runs each time I go up a lift and one individual run counts as multiple runs, making my stats completely unusable. I did a full software reset and no luck. Is this a software or a hardware issue?

Run detection is based on altitude data. Is your altimeter working properly? You could check if the recorded elevation profile of this activity looks reasonable.

The map in itself is also broken in Android Connect app (at least in downhill skiing), so showing the app map maybe not visualise your bug. On Connect web the runs/lifts are showing up as in runs list.

Just to let you know there is another app bug also.

Hello there!

It's also happening to me, also at ski mode, ski mountering mode and trail.

I can be skiing for five hours but not elevation recorded no runs o laps....:( :(

I can read km's done but not elevation, even worst when the track goes to strava...there i can see the elevartion and the runs...

I believe my Altimeter is messing up as well. Any recommendations on how to fix it?

Can you show how the elevation profile of the activity looks like? Also, what's your setting for altimeter calibration? "Auto" or "Nightly"?

That must be a different problem, in the original post there are too many runs recorded (new runs started during lift rides). What if you look into your elevation widget, is it also flat?

Hi Matthias, i was skiing for more thn 5h, 47,79 km, 65 max speed etc etc but the altitude was blocked as you can see in next picture. It is happening with my Fenix 7 on ski mode, ski touring, train running etc etc... so...not very usefull anymore.

That profile looks weird indeed. What are your altimeter sensor settings for sensor mode and auto-calibration?

I tried almost all of them...more wierd because the track is working, look the gps...
