FW:19.38 Watch crash/reboots after zooming in/out map in expedition app

Hi Garmin,

There is a critical bug when using Expedition active.

FW: Fenix 7X ss 19.34 and 18.38

steps:

1. go to Expedition app

2. scroll down to map

3. zoom in/out

Result:

watch is crashed.

Repeat: 100%

In a month or so with my F7 Standard I have encountered at least 3 fw regressions with 18.16, 19.34, 19.38

Can confirm, this remains an issue in FW 19.41. 100% of the time pan/zoom during expedition mode crashes and reboots. Thankfully no data loss, but removes a very functional feature.

My 7X Pro has this issue since updating to 19.38. Not even a complete reset to factory defaults and starting from scratch solved the problem. I opened a ticket with Garmin NL and a week later I was told to update to 19.41. Unsurprisingly, this fixed absolutely nothing.

I understand stuff sometimes breaks in the endless stream of new features Garmin needs to release. But for pete's sake, give us the option to downgrade to the previous version or the one before that. I use course navigation at least twice a week and it's rebooted mid-run every single time for the past two months.

I older threads people are often referred to the beta forum for firmware downloads, but after countless hours browsing I can't find any 7X Pro specific firmware downloads. How simple this could be if Garmin would only provide a link to 19.34?
