[fixed] Bluetooth issue since some days

I dont know why ? Upgrade ?

my Fenix7 solar is well connected by Bluetooth to my iphone but not recognized on GarminConnect.

so no sync

I have Garmins watch for many years and this issue is recurrent but did not happened on my fenix7.

watch and iphone rebooted but issue persist randomly….

bug after upgrade ?? 
Am I only ? What can Indo ?

  • Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the pairing. For this, I would recommend trying these steps initially: 

    1. Ensure the watch is on the latest SW version using Garmin Express.
    2. Ensure the phone is on the latest OS
    3. Uninstall the Connect Mobile app
    4. Clear the phone cache and history
    5. Ensure the watch does not appear in the phone's Bluetooth menu. If it is, please remove the device
    6. Powercycle the watch and phone. To do this, hold the Light button until this shuts off. Then power on again
    7. Reinstall the Connect Mobile app
    8. Try the pairing again ( Be sure there are no other Bluetooth enabled device nearby)

    Then trying the pairing again. If there is no change, I would recommend trying a factory reset using the following steps: 

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.
