Suggestions d’entrainements plusieurs sports

Merci pr votre aide, sportivement

  • My friend, if you want to be answered you should write in English, please.

  • To get suggestions for biking, you need a Cycling VO2 Max. To get a cycling VO2 Max, you need cycling activities recorded by the watch with cycling power information.

Unless the indoor bike has a powermeter installed or integrated that can be connected to the watch, you would need to use an app like TrainerRoad or Swift. These apps, if they support your brand/model of indoor bike could be generated a virtual power number (the app need to receive speed and incline/resistance information from the bike and have the bike power curve in their database to give you an estimate).

Otherwise, you'd have to purchase a powermeter and install it on the bike.

  • Thank you both very much.
My apologies for my first message in French.
The watch does record cycling activities with power information. I also have VO2 max cycling, FTP and cycling level in the widgets.

In cycling, it issues a single training suggestion: Rest when the day has been sporty.

When I go to the training menu, then to daily suggestions by activity, the date of the day for running is correct.

In cycling, I have the same suggestion for the day, but the rest starts on Thursday. I have the impression that the cycling training is not in line with the calendar.

Maybe that's why there are no cycling training suggestions since the calendar?

I'm really sorry for any mistakes in English.

    Sportively.

  • Could this be a situation where you used to bike outdoors with a powermeter, but recently switched to indoor-biking, so your VO2 Max is outdated? In other words, are you sure your indoor bike is sending power information to the watch?
