Problem with multisport activity.

Personally, I train for multisport every day, but indoors. The activities I select are as follows: treadmill, indoor bike (smart trainer), and pool swim.

The problem is that when the activity ends, and I check the record, it seems to be missing the graph section. It only shows the summary, where you can see how you performed from the beginning to the end. The graph is only available for the pool swim and is missing from the indoor bike and treadmill activities. If I start the activities individually, everything seems to work fine. What could be the issue?
However, if select multisport activity which is treadmill, indoor bike and indoor walk, this multisport activity will have the graph option at Garmin connect.

Also, with the same multisport configuration, when I start the pool swim, the entire watch crashes and reboots. This has happened three times already. There was even an instance where, after the watch rebooted, it crashed again when I tried to resume. It only worked fine after the fourth reboot, which is terrible and wastes time.

Device: Fenix 7X Sapphire solar edition

  • Maybe someone else has better knowledge of this, but as far as I recall (Fenix 6 though) pool swim in a mutisport activity was a problem when you had used a HRM-Swim, during downloading the stored HR data it would crash. But that was at the end, not the start. Can you try to reset the pool swim activity to defaults and then recreating the multisport activity?

  • the very annoying thing is that, at the multisport when started the pool swim, the entire watch crash and reboot, almost everytime.
after the watch reboot, can resume normally, but later the watch shown calories no longer accurate.
I suspect that, the watch still has the connection to the smart trainer sensor(cadence and speed), and swim not suppose to have these info and it crashed
