I had an issue with the "Down" button of my Fenix 7S and it stopped working after 7 months of purchase. Checked with my local dealer and they confirmed its under warranty and is to be replaced with a new one. Now they can't find a replacement and they are offering me options of getting other models that are available but I would have to pay for the upgrade. Is not their responsibility either to get me a new one same model or they would replace it with another model on their own expense? Please advise.
