Can't turn off "auto live track"

F7 13.22 Even if I turned off Auto live track function, each time I start an activity, the live track function starts! I'm tired of these small annoying bugs everywhere.

Maybe this problem starts after installing and uninstalling Garmin explorer Android app. But I'm not sure.

Does anyone has same problem?

    I have the exact same problem. Extremely annoying and clearly a bug since it should be turned off automatically after 24 h.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with LiveTrack. I am not finding any other recent reports of LiveTrack starting automatically when disabled with 17.23. So initially I would like to have you try some basic steps: 

    • Be sure your phone OS is on the latest version
    • Ensure the Connect app is up to date. 
    • Complete a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 
    • Powercycle the phone as well.
    • Ensure the Auto Start livetrack setting in the app is still off. Sync with the watch, then test this again.

    I had same issue, started since my last wanted live tracking for a race 3 weeks ago. Impossible to deactivate. I even delete recipients from the the settings. but they still receive the sms. I'm on version 17.28.

    I finally find a solution :
    Reactivate "live event sharing", then deactivate "LiveTrack" just below, then deactivate "live event sharing" again, and finally sync.
