Garmin Fenix 7X Solar problem with Watch Faces

I'm new with Garmin Fenix 7X Solar

I'm trying to change the watch faces through the app, but it tells me that "only on Fenix 7X Solar this setting can be updated on the device" .... what does it mean?!

holding down the menu button of the watch makes me change the Faces but only between a preset choice ... if I wanted to download others like I did for the Fenix 6 so to speak???

Use the Connect IQ app on your phone to access the store and download watch faces. You can also use the Connect IQ app on the watch, but it's far easier to do it from the phone.

There are a handful of features that cannot be updated through Garmin Connect Mobile. Editing the watch face is one of them.

So with the Fenix 7 Solar we can't download more additional Faces?!?!

Yeah i know, i did It with the 6x, but It seems that It isn't possible with 7x Solar...

I'll then try to download IQ directly to the watch and try from there...

You can. As MisterFrag said. You'll have to use the Connect IQ phone app, Garmin Express, or Garmin Connect Web to get to the Connect IQ store.
