Training status: productive, what's wrong with me (always have been in recovery)?

I'm using Garmin since the F5, then F6 and since 2022 F7. I have never had any training status.

Simply because I don't run or do any cardio sport. During the winter I mainly do strength training 1h every 3 days. And all of the sudden Garmin things I'm being productive.

Is it me or did Garmin change things? 

And why do I have to switch through my old watches to view my whole history and can't have it in one statistic?
