The night vision mode is now much brighter than before.

Software v11.25 resolved this issue.

Upps, my nightvision mode is gone as well with T7AB & 10.44.
Screen is merely switching back to 5%, all colours there, no difference to the normal 5% brightness, one can tell that by pure eye sight…

Display only goes to 5% and it doesn't work properly.

Try not to click on the name Gamin-Chris but to move your mouse pointer over the user name and move down to "send private...". Depending on what screen you have maybe a little puzzleing.
I haven't seen any mention of the issue being resolved yet with the current Beta updates but the Tactix 7 series is not part of the Beta program due to the Aviation features. I am sorry it has yet to be resolved.
Yes. I have experienced this negative impact after placing the Tactix 7 on night vision mode and trying to use my NVGs. The only thing it's doing successfully is turning off the heart beat sensor. There is no change to the display, like there was on the night vision mode on the Tactix Delta.
Seems to be a problem with all T7.
Could you pls. send Garmin-Chris a PM and open a case with your local Garmin Support? There are not as many Tactix out there than Fenix and if we want to get it fixed we need the power of the numbers. I'd really like to have that fixed since I use it occasionally.

Thank you for your reference to report the issue. We will not need any new examples. The issue was quickly reproduced when we started working on the issue when it was first reported. I am not able to give the exact timeline since the software release date can change, but I have confirmed the fix is coming very soon.
