OK, I see. In fact it is still possible to get it in that way. Just when the original file was already installed, and somehow accidentally removed, then you have to go to the watch Menu » Settings » System » Language, and switch back to English and select Apply. Then you can select back Spanish again, and select the option Install. The file will then be downloadable through Garmin Express.

In this case, the file was in the watch, but selecting it blocked the watch and did not even turn on, I had to do a hard reset. But thanks for your help, what you're saying is something I didn't know.
