Issues when wearing the watch on the dominant wrist

I have a sleeve tattoo on my left wrist so I wear my watch on my right which is my dominant wrist. After looking around on the forum I found out that it can cause an incorrect step count because your dominant wrist is moving around a lot more. Anyone know of any other measurements that could be incorrect when wearing the watch on the dominant wrist? I don't really care much about steps but I do about calories, distance, etc.
