How do I unblock apps on my Fenix 7

I've blocked a few apps that I would now like to unblock.

I've been through the app notifications and changed the permissions. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app and factory reset on my watch and I still cant get the notifications to work on the previously blocked app.

go to garmin conect app

open the 3 line menu -> swipe all way down to settings -> tap on notifications -> app notifications

Open the app on your phone & goto smart notifications, click on the app you want notifications from.

Did you ever figure it out? I now have the same issue. I have notifications on the app and my watch all turned on and still nothing.
