Daily Suggested Workouts?

I have a fenix 6s with 26.0.0 for 2 years.

I wanted to try out how an event un calendar impacts dsw.

I added a a trail run event in calendar (20km/600+) and set it as primary objective with a time goal.

I followed DSW for a couple of weeks (I found out only recently for this feature) and training suggestions seemed OK: mostly long run, base run recovery run and rest as I am close to the race.

Now I am the day before race.I was expected something like rest or short base run, but I get a freaking anaerobic of 5*1km at a very high pace. Seriously, the day before a 20km race ?! What could cause my watch to ask for such a training ?

I wear my watch all the time, eat well, sleep well, exercise daily with it with chest hrm, and I set the event with browsing the existing database race.
