If You Cannot Sign-Up For Our Public Beta Program - Post in this thread

If you receive an error when signing-up to our Public Beta Software Program, please post in this thread. We are able to resolve most sign-up issues.

When posting in this thread, you can also flag me using the @ symbol followed by Garmin - Chris.

Please note: If your Fenix 6 or Tactix Delta series watch is the SE Asia/APAC version, you will not be able to sign-up your watch due to unique aspects of your watch software.

Thanks for your effort. I would gladly go back to v25.10 if there was a way to do it without needing to setup my watch from scratch, which would take me hours.

You are good to go and are still signed up for Beta on our end. The v25.81 BETA is no longer being sent out to watches. A new update will be arriving soon.

I can see your watch is accidentally attached to multiple email accounts vs. only your primary Connect account. It is the most likely reason you are not able to sign-up your watch. After it has been resolved, you should be good.

You have your watch accidentally added to multiple emails for your Garmin Connect account. Once you clear it up, it should resolve your sign-up issue.

You watch shows on older v15.20 software but I do not see any indication that your watch is APAC/SE Asia. I also do not see the same Beta sign-up issue on your account. The sign-up issue we can resolve is very specific. Any chance your watch is APAC given the v15.20 software?

- Please install Garmin Express on your computer and add your watch so Garmin Express pushes the newest software.

- Go to your System > About menu after updating with Garmin Express. What version does your software say at the top of the menu?

I am sorry, I do not show your Forerunner 255 sign-up issue can be fixed. We have one primary solution thus far that is working in most circumstances but the more accounts I have fixed, it is clear the solution is not 100% and there remain other sign-up issues for our IT team to still figure. We continue to look into further solutions.

My sincere apologies your issue cannot be fixed at this time.
