Battery drain for 25.00 and delayed reactions for key presses

I have never complained about the battery drain, but it just hit me with 25.00 (or one of the latest alphas/betas before).

Nothing changed with the configuration, watchfaces, settings and such, but the watch keeps losing about 10% a day even if I am not wearing it.

The reactions for key presses is massively delayed (like a 4-5 seconds wait time before anything changes - i.e. the menu with a list of activities appears after I press the button) - looks like some process keeps running in the background using the watch's resources, draining the battery and interfering with the responsiveness of the whole user interface.

Yes I have battery drain also. Button delay seem to go away after a few minutes after the sync has completed.

But the sync takes 4-5 minutes on 25.00. On 24.xx it took a few seconds, a minute max.

Sometimes such behaviour can be cured by shutting down the watch with a long press on the light button (15+ seconds) until it turns off. Restart the watch and, with luck, whatever the rogue process might have been running should now be terminated. It's much like rebooting a PC.

Just using the power off control don't have the same effect. That's more like sleep/resume, so completely useless for killing background tasks.

Been there, done that - last time, 5 minutes ago. Every reaction still delayed, no responsiveness at all :(

I noticed an increased battery drain after 25.00 as well. I have Bluetooth, Wifi and Pulse Ox off.

I tried a soft reset. Battery drain stabilized for a few hours after soft-reset (while I was sleeping), but after activating Bluetooth for a minute to sync (when I woke up) and turning it back off, battery drain is back.

Before the update, I was seeing 0.1%-0.2% battery drain per hour.
After Firmware 25.00, battery drain is 0.3% to 1% per hour.

With v25.10 I also see massive drain, right now 2.8%/hr looking at my battery widget. Yes, already restarted the watch as mentioned above (15 sec holding light etc).

Same for me. Soft Reset doesn't help. Also, the delays for key presses has gotten very slow. Any other ideas?

Had the same issue too no amounts of reboots seems to stop the drain Soft or hard reset. Everything off in the background too. I'm sure they will come up with solution soon as the watch is way off its estimated time between charges

I have started loosing 25% a day. Came from charging once a week to now every 3-4 days depending on activity. Same settings. Hope they find a solution to this soon.
