Fenix 6x pro solar after update 19.20 no solar charging

hi.  May not help you.... but I have a 6S Pro Solar and after i updated to 19.20 i had to restart the watch after each charge to get solar charging to work properly.  Two days ago i reset it to out of the box defaults and now it all works correctly.  I also contacted Garmin about that and the crap battery life and they offered to replace it.  Hope you get the issue sorted.

I have a regular 6 Pro Solar and am on 19.2, with no problems for solar charging. All good for me.

There have been hardware issues with some solar charging so the update might be just coincidental. Contact Garmin Support and see what they have to say.

Ging mir auch so. Ich habe dann mit den Software-Versionen experimentiert; zurück auf 18.80, dann auf 19.21 und aktuell 19.74… leider alles ohne Erfolg. Ich habe jetzt Garmin angeschrieben. Vermutlich wird man die Einsendung der Uhr vorschlagen. Das wollte ich jedoch bis heute verhindern.

Aber musste leider eingeschickt werden. 

Also 400 Euro Kaution bezahlt, damit gleich die Austauschuhr verschickt wird.

Leider ist die Austauschuhr von Anfang an defekt gewesen. Also nochmal 400 Euro Kaution bezahlt und jetzt warte ich seit mehr als 1 Woche auf die Uhr.

Angeblich sind keine zur Zeit auf Lager.

Jetzt habe ich also insgesamt knapp 2000 Euro an garmin Bezahlt, und keine funktionierende Uhr.

Garmin tauscht zwar innerhalb der Garantie großzügig aus, aber von Qualität kann keine Rede sein.

Fenix 3 2x der Barometer ausgefallen.

Fenix 5 GPS defekt

Fenix 5x das Glas beim Pulsmesser Sprünge bekommen

Fenix 6x Pro Solar nagelneu out of the box defekt gewesen

Und jetzt bei der Austauschuhr solar ausgefallen. 

Also bis jetzt hat noch keine Fenix bei mir fehlerfrei durchgehalten. 

Denke die fenix 6 war meine letzte Garmin

Same here, i just noticed my solar charging doesn't work anymore too. Not sure if it's since the last update or before that.

Lol what a crappy product costing 1k € XD (WHR is useless too)

Contacted the support but doubt it will be replaced since it's out of the 1 year warranty haha, we'll see

I had same issue. Contacted garmin service a received new watch in 3 days
