Incorrect recovery advice

Hi everyone,

I have Fenix 6 pro on beta 12.77 and try to reinstall firmware but its the same.

I make a 10km run at 122 bpm, really fundamental run and easily run.

After the run the watch say me 72 hours recovery needed.

Impossible ! its the 3 times that i see that.

Generally i see 12 hours recovery needed.

No one have this bug too?

i have had that several times but only when running, not when I ride my MTB, which is longer and more strenuous

by error Garmin reset my max heart rate to 180 instead of 160, and i ran without noticing this, after my run recovery times was less than 24 hours, (as it was before 12.20 and 12.75) ,

so for the moment I've left my running heart settings about 15 bpm more than they should be, stupid but it workst, try it

Garmin may be using Training Status which depends on VO2MAX and if you are doing mostly Base / Fundamental runs Garmin's training knowledge is out the window. I do mostly 80/20 running plans for distance running and have to pause the Training Status. I get ridiculous Recovery Times for running activities that are not taxing.
