Wifi Issues

I haven't been able to get my Fenix 6X to connect to Wifi for some time.  I have attempted to connect to two different routers via express on the computer, Garmin Connect via iPhone, and on the watch itself.  All fail and in fact the phone and watch attempts require a reset of the watch as it will freeze on the failed connection page or on the reconnecting to phone page if attempted via the connect app.  This is only an issue because I am trying to utilize the music functions of the watch (if I could just update via bluetooth that would be ideal Garmin).  The frustration experienced with simple functionally issues from a thousand dollar watch cannot be overstated. Any assistance on how to fix, yet another, software issue would be greatly appreciated.
