11.75 Beta and 12.20- Fenix 6 pro - amazing battery life: BROKEN?

When you say "no bluetooth" do you mean that you have the phone connection disabled or did you just mean that you haven't been listening to music?

I wasn't having battery issues before, but yes the battery life does seem very good with this current beta. I charged up my 6X to 100% when I installed the beta almost exactly 48 hours ago, and I'm at 95% right now. So 2.5% per day. I haven't had a chance to record any activities yet, but 2.5% per day (or around 0.10% per hour) is quite good even for just smartwatch mode, especially considering I had probably 50+ vibrating alerts during that timeframe.

This makes me want to kick the oh so informative INFOCAL watch face to the CURB, that I grabbed from IQ store. It eats up 10% a day! but damn it... I just love all the extra info the OEM face doesn't provide, not to mention the uniform time digits.

The user delusions for these products are amazing. 

You're literally using nothing but a light on the watch. It told you the time 

Still good to be aware of what your daily watch face consumes.

I used to LOVE using those watchfaces, for a long time. Then one time I decided to try a factory Garmin face for a while, and I never went back. I miss the data (a little) but I don't miss the battery drain. Watch lasts so much longer between charges now. The UI is also a lot more responsive now. Don't have to wait 2 seconds for it to leave or return to the watchface anymore.

Android, Pixel 3 XL. Running whatever is the most recent Android OS (phone just auto-updated last week)

ugh the lag (even though its only a second extra) would drive me nuts when I first got the watch face.

Aren’t you a little too eager to jump to conclusions :) There is something known as a controlled test environment. 
I am sure you would have typed the message while you were probably running or hiking or boating or surfing while using all different functions of your watch in one day :))
