FENIX 6S Saphire failing to set up

I bought a Fenix 6S Saphire in January 2020. Everything worked 100%.

Saturday a 9 May 2020 the watch stopped to sync with Connect Monile App on my phone.

Since then I have followed all the steps recommended but to no avail.

I removed it from the app and not it does not set up on the phone. I have a Samsung Note 10+.

I tried to set it up on two other phones but gives same message of set up failed.

I have connected it directly to Connect on computer then it syncs. 

I have updated everything, removed everything, reinstalled everything, even put the watch back to default settings. 

Please help. I use my watch everyday for sports.
