Is anyone having any strange HR readings and body battery output. I get the odd “abnormal HR alert” HR reading at 130 when not moving. I can take my own pulse and I am pretty sure it is well under 100. If I take the watch off and put it back on again it reads 60-70 pretty instantly.
My body battery has been in the 20s for a week.
I am trying to work out if it is my watch (which I think it is) or I am ill. I am sure I would be aware if my heart was beating at 130 while lying or sitting.

Actually, I might need to retract my previous reply. It's true that I've had no more false alerts, but checking stats today there is something absolutely not right.
Today is my fourth rest day in a row. I am relaxed, with resting HR back down to mid 40s. Today, after a good night's sleep I woke around 08:00 and got up to make breakfast, which we ate in bed. No stress, no high activity, just sitting in bed watching TV and fiddling on my tablet.
According to the watch I spiked to 157 average for two minutes while sitting still and at most using my tablet. Nothing to get the heart rate up to such levels. At the same time my stress reading, according to the watch, hit the roof, and then simply gave up recording entirely for an extended period. At no other time today did my heart rate approach this level, including taking the dog out for a walk.
The watch has not been removed from my wrist, or moved on my wrist in any way, for days. Clearly there is something glitchy.
