6s pro screen glitch

Hi guys, 

I got my 6s pro today as a replacement from Garmin for my 5s plus. 

The reason for the swap was because the screen was glitching and I have noticed it again on the 6s - is this a software issue? I have the default face with data showing steps and HR. 

The glitch is like when some pixels change and others don't. 

So for eg in the pic, the heart rate symbol is glitching. I was bit disappointed to see it glitching again on a brand new watch.

    Hi, does your watch show this glitch on other screens like the menus, widgets, etc? If not then I recommend power cycling your watch by holding down the top left button for around 30 seconds until the watch shuts down, then turn it back on with the same button. You will also want to make sure the watch has the latest version of software installed. You can update the watch using the Garmin Express program Garmin Express.

    If your watch is still displaying the pixel issue after the power cycle/update then please contact your local product support so they can get you a replacement watch.

    Hi Nate! Nope, just on the watch face. It has the latest software, yes. I'll give it a power cycle now and see how it goes! Thank you!
