No Solar Charge with 100 000 lux

I just got the sav from garmin france. The sav is closed (which I can understand) but they tell me more than 6 weeks of delay After the covid 19 crisis to recover a new watch ....

For a watch that I bought 1000 € in September and which is supposed to be the very high end of garmin I do not find that normal. The problem is known and proven by garmin !! he should offer a standard exchange for this case.

Just sent mine to Garmin to be replaced. Hardware issue. I really hope I don't new one with bad display back.

Now I don't have body battery warning me about possible incoming sickness, good timing to have broken watch.

I have same problem. My new watch worked well several weeks, then solar charging broke up. Any idea why? Did Garmin give you any answer?

Item was replaced. That's all. 

I had the same problem and watch was replaced. No way to fix it.

Do you know how long it took you to get it replaced? I just have the same issue is with Alza for 3 weeks now, I mean if is a known issue they should replace it faster i guess?
