4.63 Change Log Notes:

Fixed an issue where the stress score could intermittently get stuck at 25.
Fixed an issue where the device will crash when trying to manually connect to an ANT sensor after enabling Airplane mode.
Fixed an issue where one would see a Wifi error message when launching the Golf activity. (Pro models only)
Fixed an issue with golf maps drawing incorrectly after the last beta update. (Pro models only)
Improved Indoor Bike OHR performance
Brought in improvements for CIQ.
Brought in improvements and bug fixes for music. (Pro models only)

GPS: 2.60
Sensor Hub: 3.01
ANT/BLE/BT (Pro models): 4.30
ANT/BLE (non-Pro models): 2.10
Wi-Fi (Pro models only): 2.60

Please note, the beta updates released on these forums are not suitable for APAC region devices.

Oh my God, the new layout for editing datascreens is AMAZING. Holy crap. I wish I had this firmware when I originally set up all my activities.

Would it be possible to share a sort of "issue working list", meaning a list of issues/bugs and SW improvements where Garmin is working on?
I think this would solve a lot of frustration…

Nop, before the update the OHR synchronizes with cadence in many cases. Here's my last activity with OHR in 4.30:

mine is a different issue. Heart rate doesn't get about 130-140 during intense exercise.

I never install Beta software but I did it with this one because I was curious. Well, that is some sweet stuff, the new interface for datafield config is amazing!

I don't know whether it is by design, or just a happy coincidence, but Time Sync with GPS now works! I sync'd my time using GPS yesterday after installing 4.63 Beta on my 6X Pro (GG) and instead of being off by a few seconds as was the case to date, the displayed time was well within 1 second! Further, this morning I checked the time against my Stratum 1 Master Clock / Time server with GPS synchronised clock source (see it here: LeoNTP Time Reference ) and the time was still well within 1 second. Before the installation of 4.63 Beta the displayed time would drift overnight by a few seconds.

Intended or just coincidence, thanks for the update!

I’m not seeing issues with connecting to my RD Pod on 4.62 or 4.63 (see examples linked below). Have you made sure you’ve installed all of the component softwares that go with these betas? If you’re sure you have, you might want to try a soft reset (20 second press of Light button until power off, then power on); it’s a bit like a restart of a windows PC.

GPS should now be version 2.60 with F6 4.63 beta and MARQ 5.63 beta.

(that said, it's the ANT/BLE 4.30 that will be more relevant to RD Pod and RunScribe pod to CIQ app connection, and then sensor hub 3.01 relevant to WHR improvements).
