Just opened a brand new 6S pro and side button with associated spring fell out. Good quality of the product.

Lol... one example of one guy's watch having a button fall out... Garmin replaced it, no problem. Based on just that, you've decided their quality is terrible.
If products had a 100% success rate…
Mine fell off too. But at least the Sapphire glass hasn't scratched. Would be good if the build was equally as good as the glass. Guess good build would cost more inline with the incremental £ increase…
Brand new fenix6s pro less than 1 week old.
Mine fell off too. But at least the Sapphire glass hasn't scratched. Would be good if the build was equally as good as the glass. Guess good build would cost more inline with the incremental £ increase Garmin engineer into their brand. Bit concerning spending so much in the belief and trust that you would get good value back. I remember the day when running was opening the front door at the cost of a pair of plimsolls and guaging your effort by how much your eyes bulged.
Mine fell off when I was climbing stairs.
