Golf holes not recorded on app

Recently bought the fenix 5 plus for golf.

i have noticed that when I look on the golf app after the game not all visuals of the holes have been recorded. And about 50% of the shots I have taken are also not recorded. Some show my first shot next to green and others look like I can drive 450 yards because my second shot is missing.

But all 18 of the hole scores are there.

anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it?

I have found that my Fenix 5 records shots most reliably if it is on my lead wrist (left wrist for a right handed golfer) on the outside, ie watch faces the target. In normal use I tend to wear my watch inside my wrist but found shot recording was very unreliable there.
