Hi,
I wear two devices: Fenix 5X and Vivosmart 4. The later is my dedicated tracker.
The resting HR in Garmin Connect is neither the value from my Fenix nor from the Vivosmart. Is it the average from both devices?
Thx

I can't talk about having two devices as I don't but not sure if you are assuming the lowest hr shown on the watch is the resting HR - it is not. Resting HR is somewhat conservative as it is based off an average low over (I think) two minutes 9could be 1 - sure someone can clarify). So the watch may show a low of 48 but the resting HR for the day might be 50.
Thx for your reply. I'm aware of discrepancy. The RHR should be the lowest 60s not just the minimum.
I uploaded the different screens: connect (69), Vivosmart (67) and Fenix ( I guess 69). The discrepancy is not huge but I already had big deviation.
Does Vivosmart 4 takes into account the workouts done on Fenix 5X while calculating body battery and stress?
Yes
