check if you can repair your file with help of FitFileRepairTool
or
with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool
zip the fit file and upload here in the forum, or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

That has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual issue.
Try connecting your watch to a computer and grab the fit file off the watch. You can then try importing into Connect using the web import tool. If that fails then you likely need to use the repair tool OnlyTwo linked to and then try importing the repaired file.
My Fenix 5s kept saying transferring, but it was not syncing the activity, only steps since I recharged the battery. To fix the transfer issue I ended up turning off both the watch and my phone. After both had turned on, I turned off the phone bluetooth, then back on and tried to sync again. That worked
