Notification External HR Connected Missing?

Previously on 13.30 when starting an activity a notification "Ext HR Connected" would pop up when wearing an external HR strap.

However with 13.40 and 14.10 I don't see it anymore. Anyone with same issue?

no, do not remember seeing such a notice

before start I wait until all icons stop blinking

you say "when starting"...

guess such a notice pops up after pressing start ?

are you sure the recorded hr was from your hr strap and not from your ohr ?

Yes, the notification pops up about 1 sec after you enter in an activity.

Activity is definitely using external HR whether notification pops up or not because OHR is turned off.

Just paranoid to always check if OHR is turned off without the notification.

that was a good and useful confirmation showing the hr data would be recorded from the strap

you could try and hard reset the watch by press and hold the light button until the screen goes dark

afterwards sync time when not already done automagically
