When i upload my sleep data in the morning i see (for example) something like 8 hours total sleep, 4.30 hours of light sleep, 3 hours of REM sleep and 0.30 minutes of deep sleep.
When the watch synchronizes again after a while lately all sleep parameters have changed. Like 7 hours total sleep, 3 hours of light sleep, 3 hours of REM sleep and 1 hour op deep sleep.
And after the next synchronisation sometimes sleep data changes again.
Why is this happening?
