Epix - lock up.

Hello

My Epix locks up when a sync takes place.

I have tried this with several phones (Windows 8 and 10).

Pairing completes but on sync the watch locks up completely and needs a full reset to get it going again.

I have a ticket open with Garmin but other than update the software, reset, re-install they've not been any help.

Any ideas on how to resolve or at least suggestions on how to further troubleshoot would be appreciated.

No replies? Nobody else with an Epix that does this and no input from anyone at Garmin?

I fear I may have to make a nuisance of myself on the telephone support lines in order to get satisfaction.

I am getting the same issues. The watch lhas always locked at random times and I never know when I will lnelext ose all my data next, but right now it is freezing whenever it should start to sync the data.

For lock ups try connecting your watch to your PC and remove the unnecessary files and clean some data. Meybe there are some broken files etc, that causes issues.
