5X plus crashed after 19.10 update

Hello

On March 9, my watch was updated to 19.10. After this I got a crash every time when my planned workout going to the end. Some files from GARMIN directory attached.

I think it's a wi-fi connection problem

Which version do you have? (for v19.10 it must be > Wi-Fi: 4.10)

Wi-Fi 4.01

But the problem only with planned workouts!
If I just start running, all is OK.
If I start planned running exercise, I got a crash at the end of the exercise.

Hi, I'm also seeing this problem consistently on my 5x plus. Towards the end of the workout in the training plan my watch starts beeping and then proceeds to restart continuously also loosing the training load in the process. All other data seems to be fine. This has happened in 3 of my last workouts since the update. Could you please investigate the issue

I read the logs you attached.
From those emerges a recurring error on the wi-fi connection.
There may be other errors but I would start fixing that one first.

Connect the watch to PC with USB and Garmin Express. Configure Wi-fi and make sure you have version 4.10

My 5x plus have Wi-Fi version 4.01. I have no idea how to upgrade to 4.10. Right now I successfully connected to my home network (I see "Data transferred" notification). Maybe an error when I'm out of home? I can't use Garmin Express because of Linux

Please forget about Wi-Fi. It does not matter. Today my 5x plus crashed again. I dropped my training plan and created it again. It did not help. At the end of the planned workout 5x plus crashed and restarted. So,

1. Could you fix this please?
2. If not, can I downgrade to the previous firmware?

The error is generated by the inconsistency of the wi-fi version on fw 19.10

Update to this thread, the correct Wi-Fi version is v4.01. The v4.10 was a typo when the new v19.10 software post was made at the top of the forum.

I'm talking about call stack (dump) after crash in err_log.txt

It's a completely different things...
