Fenix + Bike app (Android) w/ heart rate?

I don't think that it is possible to send HRM data from the F5+.

If you use your heart rate strap, that works with Locus Maps on some Samsung Phones, which are able to connect to Ant+ You can track your activity, navigate and also use data from other sensors like Tempe.

Thanks I was not aware of that function.

Using that I was able to pair the Fenix as a HRM in Locus Maps on my Samsung phone. So this would be a solution for this thread.

I was not aware that the data could be sent via ANT+. Unfortunately, I just switched from Samsung S21 to a Google Pixel 7. The S21 did support ANT+, but the Pixel does not, so it looks like that won't work for me. I do have the Garmin dual HR strap which supports bluetooth, so I will likely pair that with a phone app if I decide to go that route. For not though, I will just be using TrailForks for the map, and keep heart rate and ride data on my watch separately.

I read confusing information on ANT+ on the S21. How did you get ANT+ to work on yours? Did you have to use an ANT+ dongle and/or buy extra software?

I never used it in my S21.
