Distance, Speed & Maps not operational on Fenix5

My Fenix 5 plus is not reflecting distance, speed or maps on the bike option. They do however work when I use the run function. Anyone know how to solve this?

I am sorry your Bike profile is not working correctly.

There are 3 things you can try that might resolve it:

1) Remove the Bike profile and add it back

2) Soft Reset: hold down your top left power button…

1) Remove the Bike profile and add it back

2) Soft Reset: hold down your top left power button until it shuts then let go

3) Fully Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch

I had the same problem distance not showing up on the bike option.

I followed the steps above and the problem was resolved.
