GPS Open water Huge inaccuracy (Yet?)

Ive been using my Feniz 5 plus for open water activity during all day since i bought it (1 week) and i never got good track on the water (with a HUGE difference - more than 1000 meters)

Ive tried all configuration thinking that maybe i was doing wrong but i saw that all things that i did, were done withouth success by other user in this forum.

My version is updated (V 10.10) and follow all recomendation to avoid keep under water more than 5 seconds. Always freestyle crawl swimming.

All topic that i saw has more than 6 months and didn see any other mentioned about upgrades for solve that.

Any one keeps with similar problme and/ or has some info for solving?

So far I feel good to Climb, Running, Walking, Hiking, will try rowing soon, didn't try the Open Water Swimming yet.

But 2 weeks ago, I went climbing with my friend, triathlon athlete, he told me why he chose Suunto is because of the huge inaccuracy of Garmin performs in Open Water Swimming.
