I am considering buying the Garmin brand 22mm quickfit strap for the 5 Plus in the orange color. Could someone post a picture of it after having used it for a couple of months? The original black one became ugly (shiny spots) rather quickly and I want to make sure that the orange one doesn't show its wear too badly. These straps are so expensive, and I can only spend the money once.
Normally I use much cheaper no-brand quickfit straps that I add extra springs to (cheap straps mostly have only 2 springs instead of 3 inside the locking mechanism, sometimes even just 1), also replace the spring-type buckles with screwbar-type, that makes them solid enough, but this 5 Plus is on loan to me. Don't want anything to happen to it.
