I had the same issue on Fenix 5X immediately after updating Iphone 7 to iOS 13.2.3. I may have also updated the app, don't remember exactly. For some reason the update of app and/or phone changed the watch notifications settings to 'show calls only' - I was receiving txt msg's fine before and have not changed anything else. Changed it back under Settings/Phone/Smart Notifications to 'show all'
