I got this issue 2 times in the recent 2 weeks.
I am sure I didn't change the setting: "HR Monitor" to "OFF", I never touched any of the "Heart Rate" option in Watch or Connect APP.
But the HR Monitor is turned OFF by itself, I am not sure under what situation, but both 2 times are minutes or hours after I complete an activity.
I have to click into the Option and change it back to "Auto" manually.
Here is the OFF time of HR measure, no data recorded.
From following summary chart, it is easily see, in the RED box, the watch detected I was in Movement (which proof the watch is on my wrist), but no Heart Rate was measured, which is not right.
In the BLUE box, because I didn't use the watch, so, there is no Movement, no Heart Rate which is normal.
(Ignore the Safety Assistance Icon, that is a test I made.)
Have you ever met similar case?
