Syncing Audible books to 5S Plus

I subscribe to Audible and am now able to export the books to .mp3 format. I am still having a problem getting them into a playlist on iTunes to be able to sync them to my 5S Plus. Any help will be appreciated.

Copy them directly to the watch via USB?
