...but not for Epix 2 Pro customers XDDDD
Yaeh, sure... watches released 18 months ago do not have it, cause EU is still did not make a decision, while new Garmin watches released 3 months ago, with exactly same hardware are ok?
Oh, sorry, I am…
this *** ist so infuriating. they completly abandoned the epix. first no updates in november. now this. even tough is technically compatible. it feels like freaking bullying.
Hi, Garmin-Laurie with Garmin announcement for ECG EU & Australia, could you confirm that all compatible watch Series with Elevate 5 will be supported quickly ?
We can't imagine that Garmin doesn't…
Not for me yet also from Portugal
Somethings is going on.
Today I noticed that D2 Mach 1 PRO was added to the list ECG enabled watches in Poland.
This watch was released in 2023 and for sure is based on Epix/Fenix PRO.
Here, from France, got it and setup this afternoon, did a first test and everything is fine.
Epix pro gen 2, software 19.41
Ok, I'm back in Nice and I confirm that now the ECG app is working!
ECG now works on Epix 2 in Canada.
Hopefully they realised that this was a stupid idea and released it EU wide. Got a notice this morning in Germany...even though I already had it installed!
Yes, I can imagine the endless meetings between mktg dept and other people... same as where I and all of you work nowadays
Anyway, thanks Garmin (and to all that cried out for this).
I genuinely don't get it (I'm not trying to be contentious).
Surely ECG has a very limited use case yet so many people have cried out for it.
I activated it out of curiosity 3 months ago and never used it again.
Are there tha may heart issues out there?
It is not the feature itself but the arbitrary limitation to some watches although the hardware for ECG is built in to more watches.
It’s available now! At least in NL it just rolled out and made ecg available on epix 2 pro!
