Hi all -
Sorry, but appears Garmin has locked the 2 year long discussion re the Epix 2 HR accuracy issues, rather than work with users to resolve it.
Dear Garmin - we all love your wearable products that have provided reliable and accurate HR data for many years, with great software and good looking, robust designs (eg my old Fenix 3).
So - how about setting things right and work tenaciously with Epix 2 and any like-affected Garmin device owners, to resolve this under-reading issue? There is about a 30bpm deficit in reported HR for most people.
I am ready to help in any way I can with this, as other owners are also.
Please engage with us in a focussed and deliberate way - rather than in a hap-hazard fashion via chats, and so lose folk to alternate manufacturers through the negative talk that will surface about this long-unresolved issue - negative talk that Garmin cannot hope to control.
Surely it’s better for Garmin to fix this issue assertively and front on as a team? We’re happy to help!
Thank you,
Bruce.
