Worst customer care Garmin Epix gen 2 sapphire, screen issues.

I bought a Garmin Epix Gen 2 Sapphire édition in April. 

In July a line appears on the watch screen. Interestingly the line disappears for a while and reappears constantly. After few days I called customer service who claimed this was due to water ingress. 

I explained that I had not swam for a few days and the line seems to be related to the amoled display. They came back with an answer that screen is scratched and face that I am running it the oil of my skin are magically filling the scratch.

Again I had to explain that rubbing it with a cloth or even just applying pressure to the screen the line disappears. Secondly I owned a fenix 5s sapphire edition for years and that watch has been through ***, the sapphire screen never scratched.

The new watch barely wore it for work and running so how come a scratch is there knowing how tough and how come I can’t feel the scratch? How come it is magical and disappears when you apply pressure? 

Only answer it is a fault  from the factory, maybe internal scratch and clearly at the amoled display level. 

Of course their engineer repeated that my oily skin has magical power to repair scratches and garmin refusing to send me proof of such a scratch and not willing to admit anything unless I pay for a replacement. I refused for garmin to send the watch back. Honestly paying this much for a watch while their quality deteriorated so much versus when the fenix was out. They just a money hungry and stop caring about what product they provide! All I asked is to prove the scratch is on the outside!
