Enduro Activity Stopping

Activity will stop during longer events. Garmin Logo will appear and not respond after 5 min activity will show but will need user to continue activity.

Activity will not upload and sync with the phone and Connect. Activity is not in logged in History either

When you say “please get the 23.00 update” - how do you do that? I’ve got auto updates turned on, but still sitting on 20.10 - I can’t find any way to do it via Garmin connect or on the watch itself ?…

Thank you for your report. Now that the series have been updated with the Q3 2022 official v23.00 software update, please update to the new software. If your issue continues, please post in the Enduro forum. Thank you.

I believe this crash happened after the update. My long 50k run that was lost was on Aug 26th, 2022.

Check it's not waiting to be installed at Settings, System, Software. If not there, connect to Garmin Express and sync.

I am sorry. Autolock is either on or off. It is not able to be programmed to make exceptions when you lock your watch keys.
