Battery Life

Hello

Noticed some issues with my Enduro not holding charge as it once did.

I have had it for about 6 months and love the extended battery life. Anyone else noticing a down tick in performance?

I haven't added any apps or widgets, only making minor changes to the settings.

Any tips?

I am sorry your battery life is shorter than what it should be. After you perform a software update, if anything abnormal takes place on your watch immediately following the update, always try the following…

I have the same problem with battery life after updating to 19.20.

Now it holds for just a week or 8 days with 3km per day indoor running with no gps (only ANT+ footsteps counter) and 5 times a week bodybuilding activity (1-1:30 hour).

Is it a software problem?

When we will get the next beta to solve this?

I am sorry your battery life is shorter than what it should be. After you perform a software update, if anything abnormal takes place on your watch immediately following the update, always try the following steps: (Test after each step. All steps are seldom needed.)

1) Power your watch off then back on

2) Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off, then let go.

3) Factory Reset: Go into your System > Reset menu and select "Delete Data and Reset Settings"

First to options - nothing changes, lost 3% of battery in 5 hours in standby mode.

Maybe, you have some bete version in near future and I will wait for it? Do not want to do a Factory Reset...

Hello,

just wanted to follow up on this as my battery is far short of the claims and reviews that praise it. From full charge, my battery indicator says 17 days. After using it for a day with 30 minutes of HR broadcast and 40 minutes indoor trainer ride (no GPS), battery is down to 90%. Which barely eeks out a week of use (as has been the pattern over 3 weeks).

Running 19.20 firmware with the default face and no downloaded apps.

Pulse Ox on? It's a big battery drain so unless you need it turn it off.

Had it on for during sleep only but have now turned it off completely to see what happens. Shouldn’t drop 8% in 90 mins of non GPS exercise (pulse ox off) anyway, right?
