Garmin Pay set up fail

Just changed Garmin watches to Enduro.

Tried last few days and can't get garmin Pay to work. I try to add card and it says set up failed.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Connect and have disconnected watch and readded.

Anything else I can do?

Please review this article, Unable to Add a Card to the Garmin Pay Wallet. An issue is almost always the bank unless a global issue and no one can add a card despite being on the compatible list. (Which has not happened since we added Garmin Pay to our Outdoor and Fitness watches.)
